I deliver AI and Data Analytics that keep working after I leave. From the first honest assessment to results you can count.
I work with boards that have had enough of slide decks. We start with where you actually stand. We agree what comes first. Then I build it — with your team, until it runs without us.
I drew the wolf in 1998, a year before my first job. The brand grew around him. Where he comes from
Your competitors are deploying AI and you would rather not burn money on something that fails.
CTO / CDOYou have a dozen pilots and not one the business actually uses day to day.
HR / L&DThe board wants people who can work with AI. Ideally by the end of the quarter.
IT / BIYou have reports, but nobody trusts them and every department counts differently.
UniversityYou need an AI course students will use at work, not just pass an exam with.

How we work together
- Diagnosis. I check the state of your data and how ready the company is for AI. It takes 3–4 weeks and ends with a score and a map of strong and weak spots.
- Plan. We agree what we do first, what we deliberately leave out, and how we will know it has worked.
- Delivery. I hand the first working piece to your people after 6–8 weeks, then a new one every 2–4 weeks, until the solution runs without me.
